(More customer reviews)I'm giving this item a 4-star rating, but it's more for the seller than the actual item.Item fit perfectly and worked, but my HP would only show the item as about 1/5 full, when the toner cartridge itself was full.The seller was great, I had responses to all of my emails and they sent several different chips for me to try, free of charge.Unfortunately this isse was never resolved, which happens with some printers.I use it at work and suspect that it would be fine to just tweak the settings, but I don't really want to create a problem for the next person who ends up using the printer.The seller was great, and they even called me one day to offer support over the phone.When I decided the product wasn't going to work for me, they sent me a shipping label, and refunded my money once I had emailed them that it had been shipped out.All in all, it was an easy experience when it could have been seriously frustrating.Then again, I didn't wait until I was totally out of toner to order.
