(More customer reviews)The cartridges would not work in my printer.When I looked closely, I noticed that the expiration date on the back of the cartridges had expired.I called the company I bought them from and they said it was not possible, but if I wasn't happy I could return them.I paid to mail them back and never received a refund.I bought new ones at Office Max and everything works fine.
