(More customer reviews)the instruction it came with isn't that clear, but it wasn't too difficult to load it in.
first 5~10 sheets of print came out nice and dark.
and i didn't use the printer for a couple of weeks and when i printed a few pages, it came out faded.i took out the cartridge, shook it and reset the swipe wire, but it still prints out like the toner is running low.
it's not "life or death" documents i'm printing out and the content is still visible, so i don't mind it all that much, but i dont know how much more it will print out before the toner light comes on.

though i hate the fact that the printer companies sell the printers cheap and sell the toners at ridiculously expensive price, i guess there is no way around it...
