F'instance, pkg. did not come without syringes needed to fill cartridges, not the small hand powered drill to open the holes where the ink gets injected.Opening the holes to accept ink could easily be improvised with a bamboo skewer, ice pick, etc. You need at least one syringe--rinse between colors in inject colors.BUT, the PRICE IS GREAT.I had all the aformentioned tools from a kit I had ordered elsewhere and just cleaned and kept.WILL BUY AGAIN, WOULD RECOMMEND TO THE DIY'er.
