(More customer reviews)Geez.These instructions are lacking detail.My recommendation is that if words are not used to describe things such as the installation of the reset gears (sold seperately) at least provide pictures that are a little bigger.Diagrams which show the position of the screws are not as important as the placement of the gears.Resize the pictures accordingly.Screws picture = SMALL.Gears picture = BIG.Took me about 5 minutes to figure out how the gears are to be put in because the pictures are so tiny.

Now onto the actual refilling process ... there is a line that states "So - please remove the old toner."A warning should be placed when dumping the toner out that there still is a SIGNIFICANT amount of toner still left in the cartridge AND dumping it in an indoor kitchen trash can is not recommended.Reason?Black freaken toner tornado!Hahaha.Laugh, but it wasn't funny while I was going through it.I didn't violently shake it or anything like that, I just turned it upside down and in about 10 seconds I was breathing toner.

Also, removing the plug out was much more difficult than stated.I followed the instruction, used a flat-head screw driver and needle nose pliers and ended up putting a small crease in the side of the plug which later was just big enough for me to spill out a tiny stream of toner onto my kitchen table after resealing it.I finally took a lighter and melted that plug to flatten out the tiny crease.Looks like this holds for now.

So about 20 minutes of the actual work to put the gear in and refill toner.Another 20 mintues of cleaning up my kitchen trash can, the surrounding area, and the kitchen table and another 5 minutes of trying to blow my nose to get this black toner out.I think much care must be taken and when dumping the old toner.Learn at my expense, do it outside.

I just did a few test prints and it looks pretty good.Was it worth the money? I guess so but I really wish the instructions would have been a little more clearer, friendlier with WARNINGS.Would I buy again?I would but only if I can find a replacement plug.Maybe I will just jerryrig the hole with duct tape next time.
