(More customer reviews)We bought this cartridge in Oct. 2009 to have as a spare. Opening the package today, we found the cartridge covered in ink powder. What a mess to clean up. We have not had this problem with replacements from other suppliers.
This is our first experience with Toner Eagle, and while the cartridge does work in the Samsung printer, time will tell what this product is truly worth.
