The copier drum arrived without any damage due to very good packaging.The drum was easy to install, and it has performed excellently.Included were instructions on resetting the internal copy count.The directions were on a copy sheet that was missing some the the directions.However, this had no reflection on the product that was sent.The drum was at a reasonable price compared to what would have been charged by Office Max or Staples.I highly recommend this drum for your copier.Jerry
