(More customer reviews)Once I finally worked through a myriad of errors in the instructions and had the "resetter" replaced, the ink worked well and costs a small fraction of prefilled cartridges.Was extremely frustrated by the lack of professionalism of the instructions.They were clearly written by someone who is doesn't speak English as a first language.They were written in broken English, were ambiguous and included 4 or 5 steps that were for previous versions of the product and did apply to this version.After four e-mails exchanges with customer service (they did respond promptly, were responsive and stood behind their product), I was able to figure our which steps were incorrect and that my resetter needed to be replaced.Then the product worked well (although the refill process can a be a bit messy).Now that I know how to use correctly, I will likely buy again.
