(More customer reviews)Our duplicator is not in a production environment - one week we'll make 200 copies. Then none for a few weeks, then a couple of dozen, and so on. The ink tends to dry up if not used often, so I keep some distilled water handy to clean the nozzles with.The printer's built-in cleaning function does NOT fix clogged heads caused by gummy ink - but water and a lint-free cloth does (to be honest, I've used Windex and a cheap paper towel more often than not with no ill effects.)

It does have a long shelf life, and at least you get a decent amount of ink for the price.Overall, the ink costs more than the blank CD or DVD!
